Job Summary As an Sales Consultant, you will be the strategic owner of client accounts, ensuring long-term success and revenue growth. You will serve as a consultative advisor, building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding top tier accounts through cross-selling and upselling. You are expected to identify opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring Vomela’s solutions continue to meet evolving customer needs. Location: Delta, British Columbia, Canada area Key Responsibilities Account Ownership & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned, top tier client accounts, ensuring seamless transition for new logos (if applicable). Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic consultant. Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and business objectives. Provide proactive recommendations, introducing new solutions that add value and drive engagement. Have a deep understanding of select Vomela end-market. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering top-notch service and innovative printing solutions. Sales Growth, Cross-Selling & Upselling Identify need to bring in additional Vomela expertise and specialist resources to for ongoing account expansion. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand account value. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to uncover unmet needs. Strategically introduce new products, services, and solutions that align with client goals (bringing in specialists as needed). Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operation teams to optimize client offerings. Negotiate contract renewals and expansion deals, ensuring continued success and profitability. Hunt for Additional Opportunities Continuously analyze accounts for new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights and customer feedback. Identify potential referrals, partnerships, and expansions within both new and existing accounts. Grow your portfolio by acquiring new customers, while serving existing business Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative printing solutions that differentiate Vomela. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Sales preferred; or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or B2B client relations. Strong understanding of large-format printing, custom graphics, and production processes a plus. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling. Self-motivated, with a strategic mindset and proactive approach to account management. Proficiency in SFDC and Hubspot software for tracking leads and managing pipeline. A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers.
