The role The Associate, Sales Manager is the main contact for a group of customers and operators and is responsible for the overall sales strategy. This includes collaborating with the product team and giving them clear mandates based on clients’ needs and strategy. They must be knowledgeable of in-season performance and coordinate with clients on repeat opportunities and buy plans for upcoming seasons. Responsibilities Main point of contact for buyers and internal functional groups. (Order management, Operations, Product Development) Create and analyze Sales reports, line sheets, customers purchase orders Leads the order process, including preparing order sheets and ensure accuracy of all buying tools Manage seasonal calendar and responsible to ensure milestones are met. Maximize in-season sales opportunities Supports in monthly sales forecast preparation Monitor inventory and maximize in-season sales opportunities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or related field Sales experience required. A well-rounded individual with exposure to buying, distribution, planning, supply chain and marketing. Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
