Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Specialist at Tenant.ca. The Sales Specialist will identify and engage prospective landlord clients, present Tenant.ca’s leasing and property management solutions, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact through onboarding. Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual consultations, responding to inbound inquiries, performing needs assessments, and preparing tailored service proposals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, and providing follow-up communication to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery. The Sales Specialist is expected to consistently meet activity and conversion targets while representing Tenant.ca in a professional, client-focused manner. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients clearly, handle inquiries, and build long-term relationships. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing deals in a service-based or SaaS environment. Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management abilities to guide clients through platform features and support internal process improvements. Relevant skills such as proficiency with CRM systems, comfort with remote collaboration tools, and basic understanding of leasing or property management are beneficial. Additional qualifications such as prior experience in real estate, property technology, or B2B sales, and the ability to work independently with measurable goals, are considered an asset.
