Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering prompt, professional support Troubleshoot complaints and provide effective solutions or alternatives Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue Act as an inside sales representative by recommending relevant upgrades and new products based on customer needs Accurately enter and update customer records, transactions, and sales activity in internal systems Process customer orders efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment Maintain excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and smooth handoffs Support sales goals by converting service interactions into revenue opportunities Stay current on product offerings and promotions to provide accurate, relevant recommendations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. 2–4 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar client-facing role Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, or meeting sales targets within a service environment Strong proficiency in CRM and ERP systems; familiarity with Sage or similar software is highly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable navigating internal order-processing platforms Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud, EDI platforms, or shipping software is considered an asset. Must be available to work Monday to Friday, onsite from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Must be able to successfully pass a background check. Must be able to provide two professional references. Must be available to start immediately; immediate availability is considered a strong asset. Reliable personal transportation is considered a strong asset. A valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
