Job Summary TAC Security is seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across global markets. This role will be responsible for building scalable sales strategies, opening new business opportunities, strengthening enterprise relationships, and positioning TAC Security as a trusted cybersecurity partner. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, deep B2B sales expertise, and a proven track record in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Revenue Growth Define and execute the overall business development and revenue growth strategy Own annual revenue targets, pipeline growth, and deal closures Identify new markets, verticals, and customer segments for expansion Sales Leadership Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and business development teams Establish scalable sales processes, KPIs, forecasting, and reporting mechanisms Work closely with marketing to align demand generation and pipeline goals Enterprise Sales & Partnerships Drive enterprise and mid-market customer acquisition Develop and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel relationships Lead negotiations, contract structuring, and closing of high-value deals Customer & Market Engagement Build long-term relationships with C-level executives, CISOs, and decision-makers Represent TAC Security at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product roadmap Go-to-Market Execution Collaborate with product and engineering teams on pricing, packaging, and GTM strategies Support proposal development, RFPs, and sales enablement materials Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery and customer success teams Analytics & Performance Track pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue metrics Use data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and growth strategies Manage budgets, tools, and vendor relationships related to sales operations Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred) 6+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales Strong background in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology solutions Proven ability to close large, complex enterprise deals Experience working with global clients and channel partners Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
