Job summary
The Role Our Account Managers are essential to how we work at T&P. They're passionate about understanding our clients' businesses inside and out, and they thrive on building strong, collaborative relationships both internally and with our clients. In this role, you will be working directly with clients and a cross-functional agency team to deliver multi-channel programs of different sizes. This position encompasses project management, leading and managing agency studio output throughout the production lifecycle, leadership, and administration duties to support one of our key accounts. You have exceptional attention to detail, strong project management and problem-solving skills, and experience managing integrated projects in a fast-paced environment and a collaborative team spirit. A glimpse into your day-to-day (and beyond) While every day is different, you'll typically be involved in: ● Project Management & Ownership: Taking the reins on key client projects, managing all aspects of development and production from start to finish, with the support of your account team. This includes: ○ Maintaining up-to-date project status reports and leading status calls. ○ Driving the project process, including resourcing with production and creative teams. ○ Developing studio and tactical briefs. ○ Serving as the primary lead for studio output, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams to guarantee precise briefing, adherence to schedules, and high-quality asset delivery. ○ Managing and delivering asset trafficking timelines and documents. ● Client Communication & Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their daily needs, building strong relationships, and ensuring seamless communication. This includes: ○ Writing and distributing detailed contact reports. ○ Developing and distributing estimates, securing approvals, and coordinating with finance. ○ A clear understanding of their process and ensure we follow it. ● Internal Collaboration & Communication: Facilitating clear communication and collaboration between creative teams, internal resources, and clients to keep projects on track. ● Financial Management: Contributing to budget management by coordinating estimates, approvals, and tracking project expenses. ● Strategic Thinking: Contributing to creative briefs and brand positioning discussions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the client's business. ● Documentation & Administration: Maintaining accurate records of client meetings, project progress, budgets, and other essential information. This also includes handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and booking rooms. Skills and Experience: ● 1-4 years of relevant ad agency or marketing environment experience. ● Experience leading projects and programs independently and collaboratively (with senior account team support). ● Proven ability to partner with studio teams, overseeing the client-side production lifecycle from initial brief to final asset handover. ● Experience managing a range of channel requirements and production needs, including social, digital, radio, print, DM and video. ● Extremely high attention to detail. ● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. ● Highly proactive and responsive. ● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. ● Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to independently manage client contacts day to day. ● A self-starter, resourceful problem-solver. ● Ability to establish and be in command of the administrative controls of a large scale account. ● Proficiency in managing multiple projects to tight timelines in a fast-paced environment. ● Must know your way around a spreadsheet, PowerPoint and a word doc.
