Inside Sales Representative - Red Deer

As an Inside Sales Representative for the Red Deer branch, you provide a strong commitment to customer service while successfully meeting customer requirements and following company guidelines and best practices. Key Position Functions: * Field incoming customer orders and inquiries for conventional wellhead, gate valve equipment, and service requirements. * Originate the order process and oversee to completion stage. * Ensure Purchase Orders and Sales Deliveries are generated for required equipment orders within the ERP system. * Enter notifications for the Branch into the ERP system. * Generate stock order requests, transfers and receiving functions. * Create and design wellhead quotations in a timely manner. * Request and compile information from Stream-Flo departments and Internal customers. * Collect and organize well information; maintain well files and Field Service records. * Work in conjunction with other groups and members such as Edmonton Inside Sales and Calgary Sales for quotes and project-based equipment. * Assist with annual inventory count. * Coordinate customer property assignments. * Receive and warehouse customer property. * On call responsibilities. * Perform other related duties as required. Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following qualifications: * Minimum of a High School Diploma. Related post-secondary/technical diploma is an asset. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience. * Self-motivated and able to work independently. * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills * Excellent communication, team, and organizational skills. * Knowledge of wellhead equipment, drilling and completion operations preferred. * Familiarity with manufacturing process and Engineering drawings and specifications is an asset. * High proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook) and ERP software such as SAP. * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be accurate with a high attention to detail. * Valid Class 5 driver’s license, non-GDL; must be able to provide a current driver’s abstract.
