Job summary
Sales Manager will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across an established customer base while identifying and developing new business opportunities. This is a strategic, customer-facing position combining account management, business development, commercial strategy, and market development. The successful candidate will build long-term relationships with customers and industry stakeholders while working closely with internal technical, operational, and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute annual sales and account plans for assigned customers Deliver revenue, volume, profitability, and growth objectives Strengthen relationships with existing customers and expand business opportunities Identify and develop new accounts, projects, and market opportunities Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and pricing strategies Lead or support negotiations and responses to competitive tenders Monitor market conditions, customer requirements, and competitor activity Develop relationships with contractors, distributors, and key industry decision-makers Analyze account and business performance and recommend actions to improve results Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, customer service, and other internal stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline Approximately 5–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, or a related sector Experience managing strategic or key accounts Demonstrated success developing and executing sales strategies Strong commercial negotiation and proposal development skills Ability to analyze business performance and translate insights into action Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities Strong business acumen and customer orientation Self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
