Developing new business and maintaining current relationships, you will get to know your customer's operations as if you were managing it with them. You play a vital role in ensuring that your territory is equipped with the right equipment and using it to it's full capacity to ensure their operation runs smoothly. You will do this by fostering relationships in the field, over the phone and in the office. This role consists of: Building and fostering strong relationships with farmers in your assigned territory Meeting farm clients in the field to better assess their operational needs Managing the entire sales process from first contact to finalizing the administration of a purchase Maintaining expert knowledge on equipment and new technology Providing excellent customer service What you bring: A drive to develop and generate new business Self starter that can work autonomously and self-motivate 2-3 years of sales experience A competitive spirit that strives to set and achieve goals Problem solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions A farming background or understanding of the agriculture industry in Saskatchewan would be considered an asset Understanding of financing and lease programs would be considered an asset Pension Health benefits Dental care Life insurance Vision care Paid time off Store discount Company vehicle program
