*Job Summary* Sidhu Painting is looking for a motivated and customer-focused *Sales Representative* to join our team. If you have experience in wallpaper, blinds, and draperies sales and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions, we'd love to hear from you. *Requirements* * Minimum *2 years of sales experience* in wallpapers, blinds, draperies, or related interior finishing products. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to build and maintain client relationships. * Knowledge of measuring windows and walls is an asset. * Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM is an asset). * Valid driver's license required. *Skills* * Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to connect with a diverse customer base. * Proven ability to conduct product demos effectively, showcasing features and benefits compellingly. * Technical sales experience, including explaining complex product specifications in simple terms. * Strong merchandising skills with an understanding of POS systems and cash handling procedures. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette. * Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. * Ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining genuine customer relationships. * Customer service expertise with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. * Basic math skills for transactions, including cash handling and change calculation.
