Job Summary Reporting to the VP, Regional Sales, the Account Manager brings a solid understanding of relationship building and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and increase market share. The role will be accountable for Edmonton and surrounding area. In this role, you will work from your home office, but you will be required to travel within the territory daily. This position is being posted to fill an existing vacancy within the department. Responsibilities Develop and execute quarterly territory sales plans to grow market share. Expand and deepen customer relationships through in person and virtual meetings. Provide superior internal and external service to maximize customer satisfaction. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sagen products/services. Identify and fulfill training needs for account base through group presentations. Leverage data to drive impactful conversations. Ongoing and consistent usage of CRM tool to manage the sales cycle. Ability to work effectively in diverse teams. Skills And Qualifications University degree, preferably in business Minimum 3 years sales experience in the financial services industry (preferably mortgage lending) In-depth knowledge of sales techniques (in particular relationship selling), and customer management Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and computer (MS Office) skills Ability to produce results with minimum supervision, in a fast-paced change environment Organizational and problem solving / analytical skills Remote position with travel required within region Kindly ensure your LinkedIn profile link is included on your resume or within you application submission.
