Newly Licensed Realtor – Inside Sales & Client Development Partner An established Royal LePage West Realtor with over 30 years of experience is seeking a motivated, newly licensed Realtor to work part-time from our Surrey office. This is a sales and client-development opportunity—not an administrative position. You will receive direct mentorship, proven systems and access to warm leads and an established client database. Responsibilities Make warm calls to past clients and existing leads Respond to online inquiries Follow up consistently and book appointments Update all conversations and follow-ups in the CRM Assist with showings, open houses and basic property research Help prepare buyer and listing information Ideal Candidate Newly licensed in British Columbia Comfortable and confident on the telephone Motivated, coachable and dependable Willing to work scheduled hours from the Surrey office Organized and consistent with follow-up Professional and client-focused Has reliable transportation We provide hands-on mentorship, scripts, CRM systems, warm business opportunities and a clear compensation arrangement on business generated.
