Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator Location: Paris, Ontario| In-Office Status: Existing Vacancy Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 annually At Rawlings, our mission is to enhance the performance and enjoyment of athletes of all ages and abilities through innovation and marketing of the finest sports equipment and apparel available. Role Overview This position will focus on the development and execution of internal sales strategies, and communication specifically to our Canadian Sales Force, and will act as a bridge between the product team, purchasing team, and sales team. You will handle full scale execution of sales/dealer/partner initiatives with internal and external sales teams; you will coordinate all purchase order requests and communicate tracking to internal personnel in sales management team, marketing, inventory planning and customer service. Key Responsibilities * Serve as liaison between sales and marketing teams to coordinate projects related to the overall company strategy. * Coordinate execution of brand initiatives. * Perform duties, such as preparing inventory reports, pricelists maintenance, creation of sales documents, and working with key brand partners. * Ability to work and develop relationships at the consumer & dealer level while attending tradeshows, and other industry functions. * Consult with dealers on the product and operation advantages from Rawlings Sports * Manage inventory solutions with promotional deals and key account initiatives. * Work with sales managers to drive new products to our key sales channel’s accounts. * Understands product knowledge and allocation capabilities to service customer accounts Qualifications * University/College degree in Business / Sports Marketing, or related field required. * Proven track record of optimizing sales strategies and customer experience. * Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Exceptionally strong writing, analytical, communications and organizational skills. * Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment working on multiple projects at the same time. * Ability to speak in front of consumers or large audiences at industry events. * Ability to coordinate a sales project from inception through execution. * Ability to take direction or work autonomously when needed. * Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude. * Must be passionate for both the consumer and sports. * Legally entitled to work in Canada (Note: We do not require Canadian work experience for this role).
