Specialist, Client Partnership. As an OTS Specialist, Client Partnership, you will consultatively sell Randstad’s premium staffing solutions to clients and prospect companies to drive market share growth and gross profit development. By expanding business within current accounts and securing new permanent and temporary deals, you will play a critical role in surpassing budget targets. Your strategic expertise will foster long-term partnerships while leveraging Randstad's advanced digital platforms to deliver unparalleled workforce solutions. your typical day includes Your day will be dynamic and relationship-focused, combining outbound business development connections with strategic face-to-face client visits to uncover new hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with internal delivery managers, delivery coordinators, and recruitment teams to align top talent supply with active client orders. From negotiating service rates to conducting account reviews and overseeing permanent placement workflows, your day ensures exceptional service delivery and continuous market growth. your responsibilities include Managing, qualifying, and maintaining a database of clients and prospects using a disciplined sales process to increase market share. Selling the business value of Randstad services and the Randstad App to support customers in achieving their operational goals. Meeting with clients and prospects to obtain new service orders and expand the scope of existing business partnerships. Negotiating candidate pay rates and client bill rates to ensure business profitability and competitive market alignment. Partnering with the internal Delivery Manager and recruitment teams to guarantee client talent fulfillment expectations are met. Making strategic decisions regarding talent placement, ongoing engagement, candidate retention, and proactive workforce redeployment. Mitigating organizational risks by ensuring strict compliance with Randstad policies, industry regulations, and the Employment Standards Act (ESA). Managing the complete permanent placement lifecycle to successfully meet pre-set referral, submittal, and closing targets. your background Proven track record of success within a professional corporate sales or business development environment. Demonstrated success in strategic thinking, consultative sales methodologies, and solutions development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with professional interpersonal ethics. Proven ability to work effectively within a highly collaborative, team-focused environment. Strong digital savviness with the capacity to quickly adapt to database technology, CRM tools, and digital platform applications.
