This is a fully in-office position where you'll work closely with sales and operations professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients across Canada. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, networking, and cold outreach. Establish strong relationships with both new and existing customers to drive long-term business growth. Manage existing accounts while actively uncovering opportunities to expand services and increase revenue. Collaborate with operations and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Utilize a variety of business development strategies, including phone, email, and creative outreach approaches. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline activity within the CRM. Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and performance objectives. Stay informed on customer needs, industry trends, and market opportunities. What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related sales role. Demonstrated success generating new business and building profitable customer relationships. Strong account management and client retention skills. A solid understanding of sales processes, prospecting, and pipeline management. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Postsecondary education in business, sales, marketing, or a related discipline is considered an asset. Previous experience selling logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain services is highly desirable. Please note: This position is based in Surrey, BC and requires employees to work on-site from the company's office. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role. Why Join?
