About the Role Our client is hiring its first Business Development Representative to build the sales pipeline from the ground up. This is a fully remote role based in Canada, working closely with the head of sales who is based in Vancouver. The BDR will own the outbound motion end to end, setting up sequences, running cold calls, and sourcing leads that convert into real pipeline for the sales team.
