Position: Customer Service Financial Sales Representative Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis: Assess clients' expenses, income, insurance coverage, financial objectives, tax status, and risk tolerance to develop personalized financial plans. Client Consultations: Discuss financial goals and strategies with clients, offering expert advice in areas like insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management, and tax-efficient strategies. Account Management: Oversee client accounts such as TFSA, RRSP, RESP, FHSA, and RDSP. Regularly review accounts to ensure they align with the clients' evolving financial objectives. Document Preparation: Prepare and interpret financial summaries, investment performance reports, and income projections to guide clients in making informed decisions. Plan Implementation: Help clients implement financial plans or refer them to trusted professionals for specialized services. Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to monitor changes in their financial status and adjust plans accordingly. Build and maintain a strong client base through ongoing relationship management. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus. Holding LLQP, CIFC, or CSC certifications is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in financial services, sales, or customer service is advantageous. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of financial products and terminology. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and financial management tools. Sales-driven, with strong negotiation and closing skills. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Other Requirements: Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is asset. Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, depending on the needs of the financial institution Compensation: This role offers a competitive, performance-driven compensation structure with significant earning potential, including income opportunities tied to client account management and growth.
