Job summary

Prime Capital Group is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Specialist to support and grow our corporate and vendor partner portfolio. This role blends account management excellence with business development responsibility, focusing on managing complex transactions while identifying and onboarding new vendor relationships aligned with our strategic growth objectives. This is a work-from-home (remote) role, offering flexibility while remaining highly connected to a collaborative, team-based environment. In addition to managing corporately sourced transactions, the successful candidate will help drive new vendor acquisition in the Greater Toronto Area. Light travel is required as appropriate. Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Account & Partner Management · Manage and support corporate client and partner relationships, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness · Oversee deal flow from origination through funding, including coordination with internal stakeholders · Prepare, review, and manage syndication files and documentation for financing transactions · Identify and evaluate inventory finance opportunities within existing accounts and partner networks · Act as a key point of contact to ensure deals progress efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with credit and compliance requirements · Maintain accurate and timely records within internal systems and reporting tools. Business Development & Vendor Expansion · Proactively identify and pursue new vendor relationships that align with Prime Capital Group’s strategic focus and risk appetite · Support onboarding of new partners, including due diligence, structuring, and initial transaction execution · Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective vendors and opportunities · Collaborate cross-functionally to position tailored financing solutions that meet partner and client needs · Represent the organization professionally in partner interactions and industry engagement opportunities Qualifications & Experience · Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment finance, leasing, or a related financial services environment · Demonstrated experience with deal structuring, documentation, and transaction management · Exposure to syndication processes and/or inventory finance is strongly preferred · Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Key Skills & Capabilities · Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to convey complex information clearly · Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment · High level of attention to detail and accuracy · Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities · Strong client service orientation with a genuine desire to help clients succeed · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based, growth-focused culture Compensation & Work Environment · This is a remote (work-from-home) position, supporting a flexible and modern work environment · Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus a variable incentive component, aligned with experience, performance, and contribution to business development and account growth · Opportunity to grow within a collaborative, supportive organization on a strong upward trajectory Our Core Principles At Prime Capital Group, how we work is just as important as what we do.
