As Mario's Towing continues to grow, they are looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales Representative to help expand their client base and grow their transportation business throughout British Columbia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, providing transportation quotes, presenting Mario's services, and building strong client relationships. You'll spend much of your time on the phone, following up with prospects, scheduling meetings, and developing new business opportunities. A strong understanding of BC geography will be an important part of the role, allowing you to provide accurate quotes and practical transportation solutions. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and comfortable taking ownership of their results. You enjoy picking up the phone, are naturally persuasive without being pushy, and can manage multiple opportunities while staying organized and following through. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Mario's Towing and transportation services. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Provide accurate transportation quotes based on client needs, routes, and logistics. Prepare and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations to prospective clients. Schedule and attend client meetings, including occasional after-hours meetings as required. Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue potential clients. Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to move opportunities forward. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, quotes, and follow-ups. Use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs to manage information and support sales reporting. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements can be effectively supported. Manage multiple sales opportunities and priorities while maintaining timely follow-up. Work independently and take ownership of sales activity, productivity, and results. Requirements Previous sales or business development experience is preferred. Strong phone presence with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of BC geography, including major cities, highways, and regions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent follow-up. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. A results-oriented, proactive approach with the ability to take initiative. Benefits Competitive salary of $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience.
