The Senior National Account Manager will lead strategic account management across key categories and retail partners, crafting and selling tailored customer plans designed to foster mutual growth and surpass competitors. Key duties include executing winning customer plans, leading negotiations, managing trade budgets, and collaborating cross-functionally for seamless execution. Candidates must possess account management experience with leading UK&I retailers or FMCG buyer experience for a leading retailer, alongside a proven track record of delivering outstanding business results and exceeding targets. A clear understanding of executing winning plans with key retailers, experience managing forecasts and trade funds, and a valid UK Driving License are also required.
