What do you need to succeed? * A High School Diploma or GED is required. * Previous sales experience is preferred. * Automotive sales experience is considered an asset. * OMVIC certification is required. * Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record. * May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs. * Automotive sales experience is an asset * Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills. * Sound computer skills; Digital and social media experience. * Excellent listening and communication skills. * Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed. * May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs. * Team oriented with a positive attitude. Job Type: Full Time - Permanent Compensation (expected annual earnings): $40,000 - $80,000 per year. This is a 100% commission role with no base salary. The range reflects historical earnings at this dealership; actual earnings vary based on individual performance and business volumes. Minimum earnings: In accordance with the Employment Standards Act, commission-paid employees will be paid at least the applicable Ontario minimum wage for all hours worked. Any minimum-wage top-up paid may be reconciled quarterly in accordance with the compensation plan. What you’ll do
The Sales Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales inquiries, and ensuring customer needs are met throughout the vehicle purchasing process. They must maintain a positive attitude, adhere to OMVIC regulations, and keep customers informed regarding vehicle delivery and status.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, a valid Ontario Driver's License, and an OMVIC certification. Previous sales experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a willingness to work Saturdays as required.
