Responsibilities Represent the company for the sale of equipment with existing and new customers Frequent interactions with customers building loyalty and long-term growth relationships Provide top tier customer support and follow-up Identify unmet customer needs and provide solutions Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase sales in your area and meet goals Stay current on knowledge of equipment, parts, service, promotions, and financing available Create brand awareness in your area that meet our standards of quality Build relationships with all internal departments to support sales and customer activities Conduct equipment and product demonstrations Requirements Exceptional customer service and communication skills Post-secondary education in Ag Business, Marketing, or related field Passionate about agriculture Extensive knowledge of agriculture equipment Strong time management, organizational, and computer skills 3+ years of previous sales experience Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products Significant independent travel, valid driver’s licence Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary CONNECT with us today!
