The Role Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role is focused on generating new revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with provincial, municipal, and select private-sector clients. The successful candidate owns the entire sales cycle — from market development and prospecting through proposal strategy, negotiation, and contract award — while partnering with the operational teams who deliver the services after award. This is a true hunter role centred on winning net-new business. We are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada, provided they can meet with clients virtually or in person as needed. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within targeted markets Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve annual revenue targets Own the sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature Build, execute, and maintain a healthy pipeline across targeted markets Get OXARO qualified and pre-approved on relevant procurement vehicles and standing offers Establish and maintain metrics for sales, forecasts, and pipeline health Position OXARO as a trusted partner among senior decision-makers and buying authorities Deliver compelling presentations and formal proposals that articulate OXARO's value and ROI Service Portfolio You’ll Sell: Case Management, Contact Centre, Helpdesk, IT Outsourcing, Payment Processing, and Collections What You Bring to the Table: 10+ years of experience leading sales and business development initiatives 5+ years of experience selling to provincial and municipal governments Working knowledge of provincial and municipal public-sector procurement processes Demonstrated track record of consistently generating new sales with new clients Established network among public-sector buying authorities Skills: Strong executive presence, with proven negotiation and relationship-building skills Skilled at building trust with senior executives Willingness and ability to travel within Canada as needed Attributes: A hunter first and foremost Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strategic thinking and a bias for action Self-motivated, highly accountable, and comfortable operating with autonomy Curious, strategic, and commercially minded Persistent, resilient, and focused on results Why Join Us?
