In this role, you'll build and manage relationships with small business clients across a variety of industries, helping them achieve their goals through tailored financial solutions. You'll focus on business development, portfolio management, client satisfaction, and community engagement while balancing growth objectives with sound risk management practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective small business clients. Identify client needs and recommend customized financial solutions. Grow and manage a portfolio of business accounts. Generate new business opportunities through networking and community involvement. Negotiate and present financial solutions that support client success. Monitor portfolio performance while ensuring prudent risk management. Deliver exceptional client service and act as a trusted advisor to business owners. Requirements Experience in business banking, commercial banking, financial services, or relationship management. Strong business development and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset.
