Role Description The Account Executive – Fleet Technology Solutions is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective customers, conducting discovery calls, and delivering product demonstrations that highlight how OneView’s solutions address fleet management needs. The Account Executive manages the entire sales cycle, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing new business opportunities, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM. Day-to-day responsibilities include building relationships with key decision makers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation handoffs, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves attending industry events or customer meetings as needed and providing ongoing feedback to support product and process improvements. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and consultative selling within technology or SaaS environments. Experience with customer needs analysis, solution-based presentations, and negotiating contracts or pricing. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms. Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email). Knowledge of fleet operations, logistics, or transportation sectors is an asset. Ability to work on-site in Mississauga, ON, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas and contributing to revenue growth. Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
