The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven business development professional who can help bring Odysphere’s workplace wellbeing programs to organizations in Halifax and Nova Scotia. You will build relationships with key decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and help turn qualified conversations into paid organizational pilots. Responsibilities Build strong relationships with key organizational decision-makers Identify and develop new B2B opportunities Research and approach high-potential organizations Follow up with prospects and move opportunities toward paid pilots Share market feedback on buyer needs and opportunities Qualifications 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or account management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong professional connections in Halifax / Nova Scotia are an asset Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working with an early-stage company Working Arrangement Part-time / Contract · Flexible hours Compensation: Monthly retainer + commission
