What You'll Do: Business Development & Partnerships Work closely with leadership to develop and execute our business development strategy Support the pursuit of strategic partnerships, licensing opportunities, and co-development agreements Conduct market and competitive intelligence to inform BD strategy and target identification Prepare compelling pitch materials, partnership proposals, and executive briefings Collaborate on due diligence for potential transactions and collaborations Support term sheet negotiations and deal structuring BD Operations & Analytics Help design and implement BD processes, tracking systems, and evaluation frameworks Build financial models to evaluate partnership economics and deal structures Analyze market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and transaction scenarios Track BD metrics, pipeline progression, and market dynamics Support relationship management with partners, licensees, and key stakeholders Contribute to strategic planning with data-driven insights Collaborative Execution Partner with executive team on strategic decisions and opportunity prioritization Work cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams Contribute to developing templates, playbooks, and tools Support the growth and evolution of the BD function Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or related field 5+ years of experience in pharma BD and/or management consulting Strong collaborative skills: proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, PowerPoint, LLMs) Outstanding communication skills: can influence executives and craft compelling narratives Genuine passion for pharmaceutical/biotech and interest in building a career in this industry Team-oriented mindset: excited to contribute to building something alongside experienced professionals Driven and ambitious: ready to learn, grow, and accelerate your career in pharma BD
