Requirements Proven experience in Poultry sales with a strong network and knowledge of the Quebec market. Business Awareness - Demonstrated understanding of industry and market trends to drive strategic decisions. Customer Insight - Deep knowledge of customer structures and market positions to drive effective planning. Strategic Agility - Ability to plan according to trends and outcomes. Negotiation & Closing Skills - Proficient in achieving beneficial outcomes and value through strategic management. Sales Communication - Skilled in uncovering customer needs, presenting solutions persuasively, and addressing objections effectively. Responsibilities In your role, you will: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with management and influential stakeholders. Develop and execute a forward-looking plan, ensuring synergy with NOGEN’s objectives, resources, and strategies, while maintaining a close watch on expenses and customer feedback to optimize satisfaction. Proactively lead customer engagements, forging strong inter-service collaborations for a unified approach. Consistently communicate strategies and progress to align efforts and report to management, ensuring strategic cohesion. Monitor sales and key performance indicators, regularly reviewing progress to adapt and steer towards achieving goals.
