Why This Role Matters We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused professional to join our growing remote sales team. As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll connect with potential clients, guide them through our benefits programs, and help families and individuals choose the coverage that best fits their needs. This is a full-time, work-from-home role offering flexibility, training, and real opportunities for career growth. How You'll Contribute Call the leads that we provide to schedule Zoom meetings with clients Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and grow solid relationships with them Work with your manager to establish clear objectives and goals for yourself and achieve them through focused effort and determination What Makes You a Great Fit Coachable attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Genuine interest in helping people and providing high-quality service. Must hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license (support provided). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Must be fluent in English and reside in Canada (except Quebec). Must have a computer or laptop (tablets/Chromebooks not supported). Requirements
