Territory Sales Manager

Our client is seeking a Windows and Construction Outside Sales Representative in Surrey. This role is available immediately and our client is looking to fill this role right away. Responsibilities Proactively identify: general contractors, developers and architects Cold call potential clients Work closely with the estimating team to help coordinate pricing and proposals Educate yourself on the product Track all outreach, meetings, and opportunities in CRM Requirements Experience in Sales Hunter and Farm mentality towards customer accounts Self starter and motivated to make money Strong communication and presentation skills Solid computer skills and prior CRM experience Willing to travel throughout Lower Mainland Confident and personable with clients

Proactively identify and engage general contractors, developers, and architects through cold calling and outreach. Coordinate with the estimating team to manage pricing and proposals while tracking all activities in a CRM.

Requires a motivated self-starter with a hunter and farm mentality and prior experience in sales. Must possess strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and a willingness to travel throughout the Lower Mainland.
