Manage and develop relationships with assigned customers by responding to inquiries, making targeted outbound calls, processing orders, and providing product and service guidance. Resolve customer and billing issues, follow up on open requests, promote additional products and services, and maintain accurate call logs and system records.

The Showroom Sales Consultant engages with customers to provide expert product recommendations and manage the end-to-end sales process from consultation to delivery. They are responsible for building long-term customer relationships, preparing quotes, and maintaining the showroom's presentation.
