Job summary

Territory Sales Manager – Industrial Filtration | Canada We are currently partnered with a leading industrial filtration and separation business to recruit a Territory Sales Manager covering an assigned territory in Canada. This is a highly customer-facing, technical sales position focused on growing existing accounts, developing new business, and building long-term relationships with OEM and aftermarket customers. The Role Manage and develop an assigned sales territory, driving revenue growth and new business. Identify, qualify, quote and close new opportunities. Build strong relationships with OEMs, end users and aftermarket customers. Act as the key customer contact, providing technical sales support and presentations. Identify key decision-makers and develop relationships within target accounts. Work closely with Engineering, Production and Inside Sales to coordinate customer projects. Develop territory sales plans, forecasts and strategies to achieve commercial objectives. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities to win back previous accounts. What We're Looking For 3–5+ years of outside sales experience, ideally within an industrial or technical environment. Engineering degree preferred, although strong technical experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Filtration experience preferred Experience selling into OEM and/or aftermarket markets preferred. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to develop new accounts and generate business from existing customers. Excellent relationship-building, presentation, listening and negotiation skills. Why Consider the Opportunity? Requirements
