Position Summary We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who excels in providing comprehensive client service. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts and support clients with their personal insurance needs. Position type: Full-time, permanent Role status: Replacement Location: St.Catharines Primary Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, expert service to clients Collaborate closely with producers and insurance partners Manage renewals and process endorsements efficiently Assess risk exposures and recommend tailored insurance solutions Guide clients through the claims process with confidence and care Prepare insurance applications, proposals, and documentation Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements: Licensing & Education Active RIBO license in good standing (required) 3+ years of Personal Lines brokerage experience Technical & Interpersonal Skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (required) Experience with EPIC, Compu-Quote, and broker portals considered an asset A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills Strong commitment to professionalism and delivering expert service to clients Compensation Range: $50,000 to $100,000 annually Compensation is based on a full-time 35-hour work week and will be dependent upon the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. It includes variable commissions and potential performance-based bonus. Requirements
