About The Role You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met. Additionally, you will be established and have a solid understanding the specific market dynamics of construction and brick high-rise facades to establish our products in the market. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute a market entry strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue goals. Conduct territory analysis to explore new market opportunities and identify high-potential sectors, key accounts, and potential partners. Such as Architects, Façade Consultants, Structural Engineers, Brick Suppliers and Fixing companies. Offer technical expertise and upskilling support to prospective and existing customers, whilst navigating cultural differences to adapt product messaging and positioning to local market needs. Full ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. Generate leads, build and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline and track customer interactions and sales activities. Identify quality leads through various sources such as cold-calling, referrals, and networking with Architects and Brick Suppliers. Cultivate and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders. Provide regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback. Maintain accurate CRM records and support forecasting and territory planning efforts. Collaborate with marketing and research and development teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging. What You’ll Need To Succeed 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within construction and specifically the brick façade industry. Preferably experienced in launching products or entering new markets. Strong construction technical knowledge and understanding of the products and services being sold. Ability to communicate and present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Hybrid role with approx.. 4 days regular travel per week within the territory; therefore, a full, clean driving license is essential.
