About the role We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Sales Executive to serve as the first sales hire for our growing organization. This role will be responsible for driving net-new revenue while partnering with senior leadership to establish scalable sales strategy, process, and execution. This is a foundational role for an experienced seller who is comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability. The successful candidate will own the full sales lifecycle across the U.S. market, with a primary focus on small to mid-sized businesses while maintaining flexibility to pursue larger, strategic opportunities. Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor / Contract to Hire Compensation Range: Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 with commission Total with On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000–$250,000 Key Responsibilities: Revenue Generation & Deal Ownership Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through close, including discovery, solution design, pricing, and contract negotiations Achieve an annual revenue quota of approximately $2–3M Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within the mid-market segment Position Salesforce-based solutions in a consultative, value-driven manner Go-To-Market & Sales Strategy Partner with executive leadership to define and refine go-to-market strategy, territory coverage, and account prioritization Help establish ideal customer profiles (ICP), qualification criteria, and deal strategy Provide ongoing market insights to inform service offerings, pricing, and positioning Process Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration Build and document foundational sales processes, forecasting practices, and CRM discipline Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and successful client handoff Contribute to the long-term scalability of the sales function, including preparation for future hires Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales experience within Salesforce consulting, SaaS, or professional services Bachelors Degree Demonstrated success selling to small and mid-sized businesses Proven experience carrying and closing against a $2M+ annual quota Strong consultative selling and solutioning capabilities Comfortable operating in early-stage or low-infrastructure environments Why Join Us?
