You’ll be joining at an important moment: a new General Manager is in place, and there is a strong focus on expanding our presence with large, national customers. The Opportunity We’re hiring a National Account Manager to support the growth and development of key customer relationships across Eastern Canada. This is a newly created role focused on growing large, multi-site accounts, strengthening existing partnerships, and identifying new opportunities. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to support both day-to-day account management and longer-term growth initiatives. This role will play a key role in driving national account growth and will have a direct impact on commercial performance. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys balancing relationship management, commercial execution, and structured sales planning in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Account Growth & Business Development Support the development and execution of account plans Identify opportunities to expand revenue and share of wallet Contribute to forecasting and pipeline management Stay informed on customer and market trends Customer Relationships & Account Management Build relationships with key stakeholders Act as primary point of contact Conduct regular business reviews Support customer satisfaction and retention Commercial Execution & Profitability Support revenue and margin targets Contribute to pricing and contract discussions Monitor and improve account performance Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner across operations, supply chain, and regional teams Coordinate on customer issues and initiatives Reporting & Insights Maintain CRM accuracy and forecasts Analyze performance and share insights What you bring Experience in sales, account management, or business development Background in industrial, distribution, or manufacturing environments Strong relationship-building capability Experience with structured sales and account planning Strong communication skills Experience with national or multi-site accounts is an asset. How you work Proactive and ownership-oriented Commercially minded Strong follow-through Structured but adaptable Comfortable in evolving environments Performance Expectations Expected portfolio: $6M–$7M annual revenue Compensation & Travel Base salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + bonus. The final offer will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, we offer benefits, vacation, and participation in our bonus program.
