COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER CALGARY – FULL-TIME – ON SITE Position ID# 201401 THE EMPLOYER Small locally operated brokerage located in North Calgary Personal and commercial focused Laid-back, positive, collaborative culture THE POSITION Provide service to clients surrounding their commercial insurance needs Focus on client retention, but also responsible for writing inbound new business and following up on referrals (no outbound sales) Placement utilizing four insurance markets + MGA's Familiar with Property, Business Interruption, Casualty/GL, Professional Liability, Cyber, Auto Fleets, IRCA Build and maintain strong client relationships Ensure accuracy of quotes, endorsements, cancellations, and inquiries Review client coverage and risks to recommend appropriate solutions Ensure accounts are serviced accurately and on time MUST HAVES 1-2 years of commercial insurance experience Working knowledge of EPIC and proficient in Microsoft Office Level 2 General Insurance license (or working toward) Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills FOR MORE INFORMATION Please apply in confidence to Krista Hopfauf at [email protected] We respect discretion and advocate for smart career choices. Exigences

Requires 1-2 years of commercial insurance experience and a Level 2 General Insurance license or progress toward one. Proficiency in EPIC and Microsoft Office is essential.
