You will learn our H-Power hydraulic modernization offering, develop customer relationships and work with sales and operations colleagues to turn opportunities into successful projects. Early-career applicants and recent graduates are welcome to apply. The opportunity H-Power is TK Elevator’s modernization package for hydraulic elevators. It replaces critical components to improve reliability, performance, safety and code compliance. In this role, you will help customers understand their options, plan future investments and move modernization opportunities from first conversation through proposal and handover. What you will do: Connect with prospective and existing customers, follow up on leads and learn what matters most to their buildings and budgets. Work with customers and colleagues to identify H-Power opportunities and develop multi-year capital modernization plans. Prepare bids and present clear proposals that explain the scope, value and cost factors of the recommended solution. Keep opportunities moving through timely follow-up, accurate records and coordination with the branch team. After a sale, coordinate approvals, submittals and requested changes; visit project sites when needed and partner with operations on customer needs and deadlines. Build your product knowledge through company training, equipment updates and collaboration with experienced colleagues. What you will bring: Strong communication skills and an interest in building lasting customer relationships. Curiosity about technical products and the ability to explain their value in straightforward language. Organization, attention to detail and the initiative to follow through on multiple opportunities. Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience. Relevant co-op, internship, customer-facing, sales or project coordination experience is welcome. Helpful, But Not Required Business-to-business sales experience; experience with Salesforce or another CRM; or the ability to read architectural plans or technical drawings. You do not need prior elevator-industry experience to apply.
