Now Hiring: Pre-Construction Real Estate Agents – Kitchener We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our high-performing team, representing an established builder with active communities in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. This on-site role involves managing the full sales cycle—from greeting prospective buyers to guiding them through the pre-construction purchase process. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with in-house marketing support and experienced leadership behind you. What You’ll Do Represent TFN Realty and our builder client at new home communities Assist purchasers in selecting and securing new homes Guide buyers through every step of the sales process, from first contact to firm deal Stay informed on builder offerings, pricing, and procedures Attend on-site appointments, events, and presentations as needed Requirements Active Ontario Real Estate Sales Representative License (required) Pre-construction or new home sales experience (preferred) Strong communication, follow-up, and client service skills Organized, driven, and able to work independently Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed Benefits Access to active and upcoming new home communities Partnership with a reputable builder with a proven track record Full pre-construction training and onboarding In-house marketing tools and CRM support Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities Competitive commission structure with high earning potential A positive, results-driven team culture

Requirements
Must possess an active Ontario Real Estate Sales Representative License. Experience in pre-construction or new home sales is preferred, along with a willingness to work evenings and weekends.
