The Outside Sales Representative will function as a direct sales agent for the company in the provinces of Ontario, Quebec, New Foundland and Nova Scotia. Although INTEGRA Biosciences is a U.S.-based organization, this role is located in Canada. Candidates must independently hold valid Canadian work authorization. The company does not sponsor Canadian work permits or immigration applications. Primary Responsibilities Actively meet with and call upon existing and new potential customers to give sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training on a regular basis Close new product sales Develop and deliver customer training Foster and strengthen customer relationships Use Salesforce to track contacts and opportunities and generate quotations Prepare monthly sales forecast plus maintain a weekly calendar of activities Attend industry-related trade shows, symposiums, and professional association meetings Develop short and long-term goals and strategies for the territory Create and develop new customer prospect accounts while leveraging existing relationships Conduct basic product demonstrations and presentations Participate in sales training and development programs Achieve set KPIs consistently, such as call volume, client meetings, and pipeline growth Qualifications and Requirements Proven ability to manage time, prioritize projects, and make independent, goal-driven decisions. Self-motivated with a proactive, hunter mindset. Experience in liquid handling, cell culture, microbiology, and general lab procedures is a plus. Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills; adept at building relationships with diverse clients and teams. Proficient in CRM and sales software; established customer relationships in the life sciences and academic research sectors. 1–3 years of sales experience within the scientific community. Familiarity with laboratory workflows, challenges, and objectives. Background in life sciences or basic research preferred; BA in a scientific discipline is advantageous. Travel: 90% within the territory of Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia Salary: Expected first year OTE $130,000-$160,000 CAD This job description is not an exhaustive list of all functions that the employee may be required to perform, and the employee may be required to perform additional functions. What you’ll do

Requirements
Candidates should have 1-3 years of sales experience within the scientific community and a proactive 'hunter' mindset. A background in life sciences or a BA in a scientific discipline is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM software.
