For over 40 years, Hi-Cube Storage Products has been helping businesses across British Columbia and beyond solve complex storage and space challenges. We provide specialized storage solutions across the supply chain, including pallet racking, shelving, cantilever systems, mezzanines, and Vertical Lift Modules. We also work with institutional organizations such as libraries, art galleries, military and armed forces, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for Sales Representatives to join our team in Delta, BC. This is an opportunity to take on a consultative sales role where you will work directly with customers to understand their challenges, identify the right solution, and guide projects from initial conversation through to completion. Working closely with our Sales Manager, designers, manufacturers, and Operations team, you will build relationships, develop new business, prepare quotes, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the customer's expectations. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions. Prepare quotes and ensure project details are accurately documented for Operations. Work closely with designers, manufacturers, and internal teams throughout the sales process. Serve as a key point of contact between customers and manufacturers. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are being met. Provide oversight throughout projects to help ensure they stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations. Maintain accurate weekly reports covering active projects and prospective opportunities. Participate in product training to become a knowledgeable resource for customers. Deliver a professional, responsive, and positive customer experience. Qualifications & Skills Sales experience in distribution, logistics, industrial, or related markets is a strong asset. University degree is an asset. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Self-motivated and capable of independently developing and managing a sales pipeline. Comfortable working with customers and building relationships at various levels. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities at different stages. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel, and Outlook. ERP software experience is an asset. Valid driver's licence and reliable personal transportation. Requirements
