Team members join a stable, customer-focused business with a strong reputation for reliability and value. Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vaughan, ON. This role is responsible for engaging walk-in and referred customers, understanding their project needs, and recommending appropriate quartz and artificial stone products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in sales systems. The Sales Specialist collaborates with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery. The role also involves providing after-sales support, assisting in showroom merchandising, and participating in ongoing training to stay current with product features and market trends. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, support clients, and manage expectations throughout the sales process. Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, and help optimize sales performance and processes. Candidates should possess Training skills to support product education for customers and assist in onboarding or coaching team members. Experience in retail or B2C sales, ideally in building materials, countertops, or home improvement, is beneficial. Ability to work on-site full-time in Vaughan, ON, with a proactive, self-motivated approach and strong organizational skills. Comfort using basic computer applications and point-of-sale or CRM systems to manage quotes, orders, and customer information. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field is an asset.
