If so, as a Pre-Owned Manager for Jaguar Land Rover at Grand Touring Automobiles you will be responsible for overseeing the pre-owned vehicle department, ensuring efficient operations, and maximizing profitability. You will manage a team of salespeople and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain an inventory of high-quality pre-owned vehicles, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities Ability to effectively manage all areas of the Pre-Owned Department, including but not limited to wholesale, retail, appraising vehicles, purchasing and marketing. Ability to forecast goals and objectives for Pre-Owned vehicle sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis. Ability to acquire vehicles for inventory Knowledge of the reconditioning process and how to do it cost effectively Ability to work well with other departments to ensure a smooth transition Ability to appraise Luxury vehicles Ability to train and effectively lead all used car sales associates. Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers. Ensure that sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at all times. Demonstrates excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with customers; subordinates and other management. Job Requirements Previous experience as an Automotive Pre-Owned Sales Manager is required. In-depth knowledge of pre-owned vehicle sales and dealership operations Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. Previous experience with CPO programs is preferred.
