Job Description Your project management expertise creates possibilities across Canada. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our construction, maintenance, and turnaround services in the Ft. McMurray region and will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and contributing to the growth of our business. This permanent position is based out of our Calgary office, requires 30% travel to sites and clients in Ft. McMurray. What would you be doing? Identify and target potential clients in the construction and industrial sectors. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and prepare and present proposals and quotations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our business. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to negotiate and finalize contracts. Provide regular reports on sales activities and market insights to management. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Proven experience in field-based sales, preferably in the construction or industrial services sector and a strong understanding of construction, maintenance, and turnaround services. Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
