Job Title Inside Sales - Clover Capital | French Bilingual Job Description * About your role: Clover from Fiserv helps small and medium-sized businesses simplify operations through payments, point-of-sale technology, and value-added services. This role supports the Clover Capital team by helping existing merchants access financing solutions that convert future card sales into working capital. You will focus on inside sales activity that drives revenue growth, expands adoption of Clover Capital, and strengthens merchant relationships through inbound and outbound engagement. What you’ll do: Drive revenue growth by cross-selling Clover Capital to existing merchant accounts through inbound and outbound sales activity. Use a consultative sales process to identify merchant financing needs and position appropriate working capital solutions. Generate, qualify, and convert leads from marketing programs, account activity, and referral channels. Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities through the full sales cycle, including outreach, follow-up, proposal discussion, negotiation, and close. Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and existing merchants to support repeat business and ongoing revenue generation. Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and opportunity records in CRM and sales systems. Support monthly and annual sales targets through consistent prospecting, follow-up, and closing activity. Experience you’ll need to have: 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or call center sales environments using outbound and inbound prospecting. 3+ years of experience in pipeline management, lead qualification, and sales cycle management using CRM platforms such as Salesforce. 2+ years of experience in consultative selling, pricing discussions, and contract term negotiation. 2+ years of experience in sales performance reporting, activity tracking, and opportunity management. Experience that would be great to have: Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required; proficiency in additional languages commonly spoken in Canada, such as Mandarin, Cantonese, or Urdu is considered an asset. Post-secondary education in business, sales, finance, or a related field. Experience selling cash advance, working capital, or other SMB financing solutions. Experience using Salesforce, dialer platforms, and lead management tools in a high-volume sales environment. Experience supporting referral partner channels or indirect sales programs. Experience handling regulated financial product disclosures and documentation requirements. How you’ll work: This role is on-site Monday through Thursday. (The team works from home on Fridays) Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity. Requirements
