This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager at our Lakeshore, ON office. As a critical partner in our boutique firm, you will manage a dedicated portfolio of large-scale Property & Casualty (P&C) commercial accounts, serving as their primary advisor for day-to-day insurance operations, complex renewals, and policy enhancements. You will deliver high-touch customer service, proactively assess sophisticated client risk exposures, and collaborate closely with underwriters to secure optimal, customized coverage. Qualifications Licensing: Active RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license is strictly required. Systems: Hands-on experience with Applied Epic brokerage management software. Expertise: Deep understanding of commercial property, casualty, and specialty lines. Client Care: Proven success managing commercial portfolios with a high-touch service approach. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for negotiating with underwriters and advising clients. Efficiency: Strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, digital, and dynamic boutique environment. Education: Progress toward or completion of industry designations (CAIB, CIP, CRM) is highly valued.
