Job summary

Role Description The Territory Sales Representative role is a full-time hybrid position based in Winnipeg, MB, with a combination of on-site client visits and work-from-home responsibilities. The individual in this role will manage and grow an assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls and in-person meetings, preparing and delivering product presentations, and following up on leads to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. The representative will also prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaboration with internal teams, participation in sales meetings and training, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs are also key components of the role. Qualifications Proven experience in territory or field sales, with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Solid organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities across a defined territory. Competence in using CRM software, productivity tools, and basic office applications to manage pipelines, reporting, and documentation. Comfort with a hybrid work environment, including travel within the Winnipeg, MB area for client visits and working independently from home. Ability to learn and present technical or product information clearly and persuasively to prospective and existing customers. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel within the assigned territory. High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset. Experience in the industry served by EVS Canada or in B2B sales is considered an advantage.
