CAREER OPPORTUNITY Account Manager (Full Time/Part Time) – South Georgian Bay, ON Evanov Communications has an exciting opportunity for an individual that has an entrepreneurial spirit, is self-motivated, loves to learn, and has a proven track record generating new business. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting new partnerships and growing existing client partnerships on all available platforms for our radio brand Lite 99.3 (South Georgian Bay’s Favourites), Digital and Digital Out of Home, and will report directly to the Sales Manager. THE CREATION – What you’ll do (includes but not limited to) - Recruit and retain new business based on the individual needs of clients - Set Radio and Digital Strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements - Provide superior customer service through building and managing customer relationships - Demonstrate creativity in generating customized media campaigns through professional sales presentations. - Carry a track record of sales success in developing multi-media marketing solutions to clients - Report on digital campaign performance metrics - Stay up to date with digital technology trends - Create and follow through with business plans and revenue pacing - Work with sales co-ordinators, accounting, traffic, creative, promotions departments and external partners to maximize client campaigns THE ENERGY – Bring your vibe - Sales Experience including New Business Development - Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms - Post-secondary education degree/diploma (Business/Marketing - an asset) - Self-starter with good analytical abilities - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and time management skills - Problem-solver and results driven - Previous multi-media sales is a desired asset THE TEAM – Join the family - Evanov Communications is committed to being the best Canadian independent radio broadcaster and communications company that delivers exceptional results to its employees, listeners, clients, and community. - We use our social platforms to connect clients with consumers by creating award winning productions, unique on air and online campaigns, and offer high quality programming to our audience.
