About the Company Founded in 1993, EuroLine Windows has grown to become one of the most successful manufacturers of tilt & turn windows and doors in British Columbia, serving high-performance residential and commercial buildings across Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. Through superior products, installation, and customer service, we've built a reputation as the premium window company with homeowners, architects, developers, and builders alike. About the Role We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow EuroLine's presence across our residential and commercial markets. You'll work directly with clients, from homeowners planning a new build to architects and general contractors managing large-scale projects, guiding them through product selection, specification, and the sales process from first conversation to close. This is a consultative sales role with strong internal support from our design, estimating, technical, and project management teams, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing deals. We offer a structured onboarding and transition plan to help you ramp up as your pipeline matures, with long-term income growth through performance-based commissions. Responsibilities Build and manage a pipeline of clients across residential, multifamily, and commercial construction projects. Provide consultations (on-site, in-showroom, or through project specification work) tailored to the client and project type. Work with homeowners, builders, architects, developers, and general contractors to identify the right EuroLine solutions. Collaborate with internal estimating and technical experts to develop accurate, competitive proposals. Own the client relationship from first contact through project completion. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts using Salesforce or a similar CRM and meet sales targets. Represent EuroLine at industry events, trade shows, and showroom visits as needed. Qualifications Experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing consultative role. Residential, B2B, or commercial construction product sales (windows, glazing, façades, or related) all welcome. Required Skills Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust across a range of clients, from individual homeowners to project teams. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Comfort with technology and CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar). A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with strong follow-through. Your own vehicle and willingness to travel to sites and showrooms as needed. Comprehensive Commission Structure. Preferred Skills None specified. Equal Opportunity Statement At EuroLine, you'll join a growing team that values innovation, craftsmanship, and long-term client partnerships. We offer a collaborative, high-performance culture where initiative and results are recognized, with the flexibility to grow your book of business across whichever markets play to your strengths. If you're ready to build a career with a respected brand in the building products industry, we'd love to hear from you. We thank all applicants for their interest. However, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Visit www.euroline-windows.com to learn more about EuroLine.
