Job Responsibilities Develop a strong command of the scientific and commercial offerings across the organization's core service lines, including preclinical research, biologics development, and CDMO services. Proactively identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospective clients across biotech, biopharma, and pharmaceutical sectors. Drive the full business development cycle: opportunity discovery, needs assessment, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Represent the company at industry conferences, scientific seminars, and trade shows to expand brand visibility and build a strong industry presence. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Program Management, and Leadership teams to position the company competitively and meet strategic growth goals. Provide customer insights and market trends to internal teams to help refine service offerings and enhance client satisfaction. Hands on Scientists with a Post Doc background that is interested in being a subject matter expert to help win pharma and biotech clients. Requirements Ph.D. in Pharmacology or life sciences required. Experience with hands on mouse modeling. Experience with hands on in-vivo and in-vitro studies. Strong communication and commercial acumen. Must have a vehicle and reliable transportation. Must be a permanent resident of Canada.

Drive the full business development cycle to identify and secure new clients within the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. Collaborate cross-functionally to position the company's scientific offerings and provide market insights to refine services.

Requires a Ph.D. in Pharmacology or life sciences with hands-on experience in mouse modeling and in-vivo/in-vitro studies. Candidates must be permanent residents of Canada with a vehicle and strong commercial acumen.
